executive advantage was founded by Bob Scribner in 1990. With twenty years human resources management experience, Bob was aware of the frustration of business owners who were often required to run their businesses by the day and work late night hours wrestling with personnel issues, such as, workman’s compensation and unemployment claims, turnover and absenteeism problems, and training and development issues. Then, as now, executive advantage offered
human resources solutions to businesses (like yours!) to bring the fun back into running their businesses and to help protect owners’ financial investments. Over the years, executive advantage has gained a reputation in Columbia for trusted HR expertise. In 2005, Doris brought her twelve years experience building not for profit organizations in Russia into the mix. Our passion still remains coming alongside the business owner to restore his/her hope in his/her dreams for his/her business.
